By accessing or using Nova ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Nova is operated by Rahul Reddy Patlolla (ABN 48 389 340 900), contactable at alluserahul2@outlook.com.
Nova is an AI-powered personal fitness coaching web application that provides personalised training programmes, weekly coaching reviews, goal tracking, and exercise guidance. The App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.
The content provided by Nova, including AI-generated training programmes and coaching recommendations, is for informational and fitness purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury. Nova and Rahul Reddy Patlolla accept no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nova. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Nova operates on a subscription model. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing frequency (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App; (d) upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs within Nova are the intellectual property of Rahul Reddy Patlolla unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahul Reddy Patlolla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, we will comply with them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
